Ingredients

    5 serving Bush's Low Sodium Black Beans
    1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3- Sweet peppers (bell)
    0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 cup Spinach, fresh
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 serving Breadcrumbs (Progresso/seasoned) 1/4 C. (28g) (by BOXRLUVR)
    1.5 tsp Siracha chili sauce (by LYC563)
    1.5 tsp Lea & Perrin's Worchestershire Sauce (by CALEKU)
    5 clove Garlic
    1 tsp Ginger, ground
    1 serving Dale's Steak Seasoning - reduced sodium (1 Tbsp) (by GADINA)

Tips

Play with the seasonings for your taste!


Directions

Place onions, peppers, garlic, and spinach in food processor. Finely chop. Add siracha, dale's, worchesteshire, egg, and black beans. Chop coursely (a few pulses). Remove from food processor, mix in breadcrumbs, freeze for approximately 30 mins. Remove from freezer, scoop onto backing sheet, bake for approximately 25 minutes on 375.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 12, 3-inch diameter patties
