Ingredients

    1.0 tsp Garlic powder
    0.5 slice, thin Onions, raw
    1.5 cup, sliced Zucchini
    1.0 oz Smoked Salmon (lox)
    2.0 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
    0.25 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2.0 serving RICE - Dynasty Jasmine Rice 1/2 cup cooked
    2.0 gram(s) Star - Imported Nonpareil Capers (Serving Size = 1 Tsp./20 Capers)

Directions

Make rice as directed. In a saucepan, add oil on medium heat and saute onions and zucchini until unions become translucent. Season with spices and add capers. Remove from heat and add mustard and chopped up salmon, combine. serve over rice. Serving Size: Makes 3 cups (2 servings)
