Ingredients

    4 cup Kitchen Basics Unsalted Vegetable Cooking Stock (by SHERA586)
    44 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast
    48 oz potato raw, ounce
    2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1.5 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz)
    5 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw
    1 tsp Garlic powder
    1 tsp Pepper, black
    .33 tbsp Taragon, fresh (by LINDALEFEBVRE)

Tips

Serve with fresh parsley or basil snipped over the top


Directions

Wash and cube potatoes
Trim chicken. Cut into 1 inch pieces
Add potatoes, chicken, water, vegetable stock and spices to a slow cooker.
Cook on high for 3 hours
Add carrots and onion
Continue cooking for 1 hour

Serving Size: makes 17 one cup servings
