Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    6 tbsp Hot Taco Sauce
8 oz Ground Beef, 93% Lean
    1 1/2 tbsp Taco Seasoning
    2 10 Wheat Wraps
    5 oz Refried Beans
    1 cup Mild Salsa
    1/3 cup Jalapeno Peppers, sliced
3 oz Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Fat Free
3 oz Kraft Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, Fat Free

Tips

You can make it less spicy by omitting jalapenos and using mild taco sauce.

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Using 8 x 8" casserole dish spread 2 tbsp of taco sauce over bottom and sides, this prevents sticking while baking.

2. Brown meat in non-stick skillet until cooked. Add taco seasoning and 1/3 cup water to the pan and simmer until absorbed. Stir in 2 tbsp of taco sauce and set aside.

Begin layers:
3. Frost 1 tortilla with of the refried beans and place on top of sauce in casserole dish.

4. Sprinkle evenly of the beef over tortilla.

5. Mix remaining 2 tbsp of taco sauce and chopped jalapenos into the salsa then spoon the salsa over ground beef.

6. Sprinkle of the shredded cheese over salsa.

7. REPEAT Steps 3 through 6 to create 2nd layer. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Let casserole stand out of oven for 5 minutes. Cut into 4 large squares.
