Ingredients

2 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato
2 tbsp Argo Cornstarch
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Lawry's Garlic Pepper
1 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Peel sweet potatoes. Slice the sweeto potatoes in to fry shape pieces. Try to cut them about the same size so they bake evenly.
Place the sweet potatoes in a bowl and add cornstarch. Toss cornstarch with sweet potatoes to coat all the pieces
Drizzle with olive oil. Add garlic pepper and Mrs Dash. Mix around to coat all the pieces,
Pour the fries onto a non-stick baking sheet. Arrange fries in a single layer and try not to overcrowd in order to ensure they get crispy.
Bake for 10 minutes, then flip them over and bake an additional 8-10 minutes until crispy.
