Ingredients

1 1/25 cup Cheerios Cereal, original - ground (3/4 c ground)
1/2 cup Oats, ground to flour-like texture (1/4 c ground)
1 cup Bisquick, Gluten Free Baking mix
1/4 tsp xantham gum
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Cinnamon, ground
1/85 tsp Nutmeg, ground
2 large Eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/2 cup, mashed Banana
1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
1/4 cup Butter, unsalted, melted
1/4 tbsp Avocado Oil
1/4 cup, chopped Walnuts
Tips
I think It will be less crumbly if you let it chill overnight
Directions
Preheat oven to 350*. Combine flour, ground cereal, oat flour, xanatham gum, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg in a medium bowl.
Combine butter, oil, eggs, sugar and bananas.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients all at once and mix until blended. Fold in walnuts.
Pour into greased 9X5X3 loaf pan and bake for 55 to 60 minutes.
Cool for minutes on wire rack before removing from pan. Cool completely on the rack. Wrap, store overnight before slicing.
