This is great for a potluck or a special occation.Every time I bring this to a party it gets great reviews. This is great for a potluck or a special occation.

Ingredients

2 1oz packages of instant sugar free vanilla pudding
3-3/4 cup skim milk
8 oz Cool Whip lite
1 box Low Fat Honey Graham crackers
1 15oz Pillsbury Reduced Sugar Chocolate frosting
Directions
Mix instant pudding and milk then fold in Cool Whip.
Layer graham crackers whole on bottom of 9x13 pan.
Pour half of pudding mixture over graham crackers.
Add another layer of crackers and rest of pudding mixture.
Add 3rd layer of graham crackers. (I don't use the whole box - just enough for the 3 layers)
Top with chocolate frosting (microwave 15 seconds at a time until pourable) (You don't have to use the entire container- just enough to cover the top)
refrigerate overnight
