    * Walnuts, 1 oz (14 halves) (remove)
    *Strawberries, fresh, 5 large (1-3/8" dia)
    *Spinach, fresh, 1 cup
    *Light Raspberry Vinaigrette, 2 tbsp
    *Tangerines, 1 medium (2-3/8" dia)
    *Onions, raw, 5 tbsp chopped
    *Green Peppers (bell peppers), 5 tbsp

Directions

Mix ingredients in a bowl, and enjoy.

    Incredible!
    I changed it up a bit - pecans instead of walnuts, pineapple instead of tangerines, and Sesame Orange dressing. Very delicious though! - 6/24/15
