Introduction
I couldnt find a recipe on spark that was quite what I was looking for so mixed and matched details from multiple recipes to fit my likings. This recipe also has a bonus to it. Making meatballs typically requires breadcrumbs. I use ground oats which makes the meatballs gluten free.
