Ingredients

    1/2 pound lean ground beef
    1 Tbsp water
    2 tsp taco seasoning mix, divided
    2 whole-wheat pitas
    2 Tbsp reduced fat cream cheese, at room temperature
    2 Tbsp fat free sour cream
    2 Tbsp salsa
    1 Cup lettuce, shredded
    1 tomato, diced
    1/4 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

Preheat oven to 400
Brown beef and drain. Add water and 1 tsp taco seasoning, simmer for 3 minutes
Cut each pita into 8 wedges and place on baking sheet. Bake for about 7 minutes
while beef is cooling. mix the remaining taco seasoning, sour cream, cream cheese and salsa. Divide 1/2 on each plate and spread out evenly.
Top with the Meat mixture, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes.
Place 8 pitas on each plate. Enjoy!
