Honey Walnut Prawns Variation - Boil 1/2 cup of walnuts in 5 cups water, changing water until it is clear. Then add 1 cup sugar & boil until sugar dissolves. Remove from water. Deep fry walnuts in 2 cups oil until almost smoking. Walnuts will be shiny & brown, no longer golden. Place walnuts on cookie sheet to cool.
