Introduction

You need to add 5 tbs ground psyllium husks, I wasn't able to add this to the ingredients. That's another 10 calories per roll, like .5 serving fiber supplement (another 4 g fiber)! Also, you can use apple cider vinegar (.6 tbsp is 2 tsp). You need to add 5 tbs ground psyllium husks, I wasn't able to add this to the ingredients. Mix dry ingredients. Boil the water. Add the boiling water to the dry, then the whites and vinegar. This will be messy to mix, use your hands. Roll into 10 tubular shapes, separate them on a cookie sheet. Cook at 350 F for 50 min. Better if turned into garlic bread. Cut in hslf, put on butter, minced garlic and parsley, cook at 425 for another 10 minutes.
