    8 serving Beef Flank Steak (4 oz)
    1 tsp Oregano, ground
    1 tsp Pepper, black
    4 tbsp Chili powder
    1 tsp Garlic powder
    1 tsp Onion powder
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tbsp chopped Fresh Chives
    .5 cup Orange juice, fresh
    2 cup, sliced Onions, raw
    2 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange)
    16 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted


I flatten the chicken breast with meat tenderizer, as well as the flank steak in Ziploc bag. I mix all the dry ingredients in bowl, set aside. I cut onion and all the peppers (I use red and orange bell peppers) in long strips, add even amounts between chicken, and beef bags. Then poor dry ingredients (also split evenly between bags) mix until all meat is coated. Add fresh orange juice to each bag, mix until coated. Let marinate for at least 2 hours, longer if you have the time. I cook mine in a cast iron pan, until meat is completely cooked. (I also cook chicken and beef separately). Serve.
I also like to add cheese, jalapeno, salsa, and sour cream to mine but that is for taste.
