Ingredients

    0.25 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened)
    0.50 cup Steel Cut Oats, dry
    4 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, shelf stable
    2 serving Raw Vegan Protein Powder

Tips

add all ingredients except milk to jars ahead of time so that you can add the milk the night before & have less work to do over the week.


Directions

Add oats to a mason jar.
top with protein powder and blueberries.
pour in almond milk.
screw on lid & shake well
refrigerate overnight.

Serving Size: makes 1
