Introduction

As a mom, I try to sneak veggies in everywhere possible.

I try to get at least two servings in every meal and that even is including breakfast. Now a nice egg white and spinach omelet is awesome, but every once in awhile you have to have something sweet to start your day.

These muffins will satisfy your craving for gooey baked goods and you won’t sacrifice your macros.

This recipe is packed with protein and low in sugar so you’ll skip the mid-morning crash and feel full for hours!

Bonus: the zucchini and applesauce make these super moist, not dry like many other protein recipes.
