Ingredients

    1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1.0 dash Salt
    1.0 tbsp Coconut Oil
    0.25 cup Peanut Butter, smooth style, with salt
    0.25 cup Maple Syrup
    4.0 oz Planters Dry Roasted Peanuts (Unsalted)
    1.25 cup Steel Cut Oats, dry
    16.0 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla

Directions

Preheat oven to 375° Mix everything except the almond milk until well combined. Then add almond milk and mix. It will be very runny. Grease an 8 x 8 pan and pour in pan. Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until Oatmeal is set and the center is fully cooked. Cool before slicing. Serving Size: 4 servings
