Ingredients

    2 1tsp Olive Oil
    250 gram(s) Chicken Breast Fillet, raw (Tesco) (by WOOKAT83)
    125 gram(s) Bacon The CoOperative British smoked rindless back bacon (by RICHARD!)
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    9 gram(s) Fresh Garlic (1 clove = 3g) (by AMBUDMAN)
    500 gram(s) Napolina - chopped tomatoes in rich tomato juice - tin (by NEKEL16)
    74 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw
    300 gram(s) Paella,Savoury Rice,Asda (by CULLCONE)
    .25 tsp Saffron
    600 mL Water, tap
    1 dash Salt
    1 dash Pepper, black
    75 grams Chorizo, pork and beef
    1 serving mussles (by DROPDEADMD)
    2 serving King Prawns (6 = 100g) (by LOISKING)

Tips

Prepare ingredients before you begin cooking. Big thanks to The Student Cookbook' for this incredible dish, I've tried a few of the recipes well worth looking online for your own copy.


Directions

1. Heat oil in pan and fry cubed chicken and cubed bacon until golden, remove from pan for later.
2. Fry onion and garlic until golden. Add tomatoes cook for 1-2 minutes, then add sliced pepper and rice, salt to taste.
3. Drop saffron into the boiled water, then pour over rice, season as needed.
4. Simmer until rice is almost tender, Making sure it doesn't dry out, adding more boiling water as needed.
5. Replace the chicken mix to the pan, continue cooking until almost ready.
6. Add the thinly sliced chorizo, muscles and prawns. Season to your liking continue heating for a further 6 minutes.
Finally dish up straight from the pan... enjoy!
