Introduction

Salad dressing chops baked in juices sounds devilish, but is really quite heavenly! Salad dressing chops baked in juices sounds devilish, but is really quite heavenly!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 6oz boneless lean pork chops (1 in. cut)
    4 tbs lite vinaigarette style salad dressing (i used Newman's Own Lime Vinaigrette, raspberry works great too!)
    1/2 large onion chopped

Directions

put unfrozen pork chops in gallon plastic bag.
Marinade for 20 min. while you chop onion and prepare baking pan & Preheat oven to 375F.
put chops in pan with marinade & bake till heated through, about 30-40 min. depending on your oven.
Cut chops in half, and cut away fat if prefered serving with the baked onions.
Makes 4.
