    4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
    2 tsp Leavening agents, baking powder, low-sodium
    25 gram(s) Oat Fiber 500
    2 serving Glucomannan Konjac Root 10c/3capsules/serving Amorphophallus Natures Way
    4 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour
    2 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
    55 gram(s) VitaFiber Prebiotic Fiber syrup or powder (1 tsp)
    12 oz Silk cashew milk unsweetened
    0.75 serving Quest Protein Powder Multi Purpose Mix (28g)
    45 gram(s) Avocado Oil - Chosen Foods - 1 TBSP
    0.50 serving Great Lakes Gelatin Collagen Hydrolysate Unflavored Beef Kosher serving size 2 Tbs (12 g)
    10 tsp Now Organic Cocoa Powder
    20 tsp Splenda

Directions

mix all dry ingredients, adding 1/2tsp salt

add eggs, oil, milk and additional water as needed to make a brownie-like batter.

Add to greased 9x13 or 9x9 (for thicker brownies) and bake at 350 for 20-25 min
