Introduction

Do you like Indian curried chicken, but have little time to prep and cook. Here is your answer. This premarinated chicken is ready to go when you need it. Prep the bag when you have time on your hands and keep it in the freezer. All you have to do from there is move the bag from freezer to fridge 24 hours prior to let it thaw and take 10 minutes to cook it up on the stove. Ingredients

    0.5 container (4 oz) Yogurt, plain, low fat
    1 lime yields Lime Juice
    1 dash Salt
    1 tsp Curry powder
    0.5 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar
    2 breast, bone removed Chicken Breast, with skin

Tips

Remember you need 24 hours for the chicken to sit in the fridge and thaw before you can cook it.


Directions

1. Mix all marinade ingrediants thouroughly in a bowl
2. Place up to 4 chicken breasts in a zip lock bag followed by the marinade and close the bag securely
3. Shake up the bag evenly
4. Place in the freezer until needed
5. When ready to use a bag, remove it from the fridge and place in the fridge to thaw for 24 hours.
