Ingredients

    14 oz can Black Beans, drained and rinsed
    2 cups Whole Kernel Corn, drained if using canned
    1 medium sweet, red bell pepper, chopped finely
    1.5 tsp Ground Cumin
    1 tsp Texas Pete's Hot Sauce
    juice of 1 lime
    2 tbsp Canola Oil
    0.5 tsp Salt
    0.5 tsp Black Pepper

Tips

frozen corn kernels can be used and by the time it has stood a half hour, they are thawed and your salsa is chilled. :)

even better, cut left-over grilled corn off the cob and use it in your salsa!


Directions

mix all ingredients and let stand for at least a half hour for the flavors to marry a bit.
