Ingredients

1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
0.75 cup Trader Joes Riced Cauliflower
    1 cup Tomato Sauce
4 oz Ground Turkey - 93/7 Honeysuckle White
2 tsp Cheese (Grated) - Parmesan Cheese - Kraft 100%

Tips

For added flavor without carbs, try adding sauteed mushrooms to the mixture before stuffing the pepper.

Directions

Preheat oven to 375. Brown the turkey meat in a frying pan. Heat the tomato sauce to boiling. Once heated add the ground turkey to the heated tomato sauce. Next add 3/4 cup of the riced cauliflower straight from the bag - do not cook it. Mix all of the ingredients and then spoon into the pepper. Heat for 35 minutes at 375.
