Introduction

Ingredients

    2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes
    1 small Onions, raw
    2 cloves Garlic
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    0.5 glass (3.5 fl oz) Red Wine
    0.25 cup Tomato Paste
    1 tsp Thyme, fresh
    1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (by TORI7HARRISON)
    .25 tbsp Basil

Directions

1. Boil and peel tomatoes
2. Dice tomatoes, onion and garlic
3. Cook onions in olive oil until translucent
4. Add garlic and cook until fragrant
5. Add tomatoes, wine, tomato paste, pepper flakes and thyme. Bring to a boil.
6. After it comes to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
7.Add basil. Serve.
