Krab Salad Krab Salad

Ingredients

    8 oz. imitation crab
    1 celery rib, finely chopped
    1 green onion, finely chopped
    1 sweet red mini pepper, finely chopped
    1/2–1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp, salt (optional)
    freshly ground black pepper, to taste


Tips

You can add more veggies, to taste. You might also add dill weed, or a pinch of Old Bay seasoning, to taste.
I love this in a sandwich.


Directions

Break the crab into pleasing-sized pieces or shreds.
Mix all ingredients together.
Serve.
