    2 serving GNC Pro Performance Whey Isolate 28 Protein Powder (Vanilla): 1 scoop= 1 serving

Tips

For sweet bread add some erythritol. For savoury add garlic powder and rosemary. Make sure to grease your tin with butter or coconut oil.


Directions

Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Beat egg yolks and protein powder together until creamy, fold into egg whites carefully and then put into bread tin. bake moderate oven 30-40 minutes. Leave to cool 5 minutes, finish cooling on wire rack. Slice and serve. Toasts well and freezes well.
