Ingredients

    3.5 cup Flour, white
    2 1tsp Olive Oil
    1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1 ounce Yeast, bakers
    0.5 cup Canned Tomatoes
    8 oz Bel Gioioso - Fresh Mozzarella
    6 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded

Directions

Mix dough ingredients in food processor or stand mixer. Let rise in a greased bowl until doubled. Shape dough, top with tomatoes and cheese. Bake at 500 degrees until cheese is melted and bubbling. Serving Size: 3 pizzas, 6 slices each
