Ingredients

    2.0 cup Quaker Oats 100% Whole Grain Quaker Oats - Quick
    1.25 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    0.5 cup, packed Brown Sugar
    2.0 tsp Baking Powder
    0.75 tsp Baking Soda
    0.75 tsp Salt
    2.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1.0 cup Milk, 1%
    2.0 tbsp Canola Oil
    1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2.0 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per lb) Apples, fresh with skin

Directions

Mix dry ingredients in one bowl. Shred apples using a box grater. Mix milk and egg well in another bowl, add in shredded Apple. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just wet and combined. Scoop into muffin cups sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Bake at 400 for 23-28 minutes
