Ingredients

    1.0 unit, yield from 1 lb raw Ground Turkey
    2.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    1.0 cup Rice, Minute Rice, Whole Grain, Brown Rice
    2.0 cup canned diced tomato, unsalted

Directions

Brown turkey with onions and mushrooms add tomatoes. Add cooked rice to mixer. PreCook green pepper in microwave for 3 minutes. Stuff peppers with meat & rice mixture. Bake for 20 minutes in oven or 5 minutes in microwave. Serve with picante sauce. Serving Size: 1 pepper
