Ingredients

    46 fl oz Tomato juice, with salt added
    16 oz Ground beef, extra lean (15% fat) pan broiled
    3 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw, peeled and diced
    1.5 cup Libbys Whole Kernel Sweet Corn, drained
    3.5 serving Libbys Naturals Canned & Cut Green Beans (1/2 cup, 120g) , drained
    .5 tsp Pepper, black
    .5 tsp Garlic powder

Directions

Roll ground beef into mini meatballs and brown in a skillet. In a soup pot combine tomato juice, meatballs, pepper, garlic and potatoes. Allow to simmer until potatoes are tender, about 30 minutes. When potatoes are tender add corn and green beans. Cook until vegetables are heated through, about 15 minutes. Taste and add salt if desired. Serve with fresh bread or rolls.
