Ingredients

    1.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1/2 tsp Salt
    3 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh mashed
    3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1/3 cup Butter, melted
    1/8 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1 tbsp Butter, salted
    2 tablespoons flour

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly rease muffin cups or line with papers.
In large bowl, mix together 1-1/2 cups flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, beat together mashed bananas, sugar, egg and melted butter. Stir the banana mixture into the flour mixture just until moistened. Spoon bater into muffin cups.
In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and cinnamon. cut in 1 T butter until mixture resembles coarse cornmeal. sprinkle over muffins.
Bake in preheated oven for 18 to 20 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into cente of muffin comes out clean.
