Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3/4 cup Honey
    1/2 cup French's Dijon Mustard
    2 tbsp Curry powder
    2 tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce
24 oz Chicken, Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. In a 11 x 7-inch casserole dish, whisk together honey, mustard, curry powder, and soy sauce. Add chicken to the dish, toss to coat, and cover dish with foil. If time allows, marinate in the refrigerator for at least a few hours (or overnight). If you don't have time to marinate the meat, that's fine too. It will still taste great! Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until meat thermometer reads 165 degrees F.* Be sure to spoon plenty of the delicious pan sauce over the chicken before serving! Serving Size: 6 4oz chicken

    Incredible!
My family love this recipe. Have made it both with chicken breasts and a whole chicken (cut into 8 portions). With the whole chicken, I cooked it in the oven for 2 hours. Definitely a make-again recipe. - 6/12/18
