Ingredients

2 cups Fiber One Cereal, original
1 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
1 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation or pure extract)
1 tsp cinnimon, ground
2 tbsp Splenda
Tips
An easy way to press "dough" is to use the back of a tablespoon dipped in water and rolled side to side.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Crush the Fiber One cereal in a sealed bag or process in a food processor until a crumb consistency.
Cut in banana as you would shortening or butter
Mix thoroughly.
Add a bit of water to make stickier, if needed
Press mixture firmly into a 9" pie dish or springform pan.
Bake for 8-10 minutes. Do not brown.
Remove and let cool.
Refrigerate in a plastic storage bag, if you will be making your pie later (not too late).
