Ingredients

2 cups Fiber One Cereal, original
1 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
1 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation or pure extract)
    1 tsp cinnimon, ground
    2 tbsp Splenda

Tips

An easy way to press "dough" is to use the back of a tablespoon dipped in water and rolled side to side.

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Crush the Fiber One cereal in a sealed bag or process in a food processor until a crumb consistency.

Cut in banana as you would shortening or butter
Mix thoroughly.

Add a bit of water to make stickier, if needed

Press mixture firmly into a 9" pie dish or springform pan.

Bake for 8-10 minutes. Do not brown.

Remove and let cool.

Refrigerate in a plastic storage bag, if you will be making your pie later (not too late).
