    Uncle Ben's long grain rice, dry, 3 cup
    Chicken Drumstick, 300 grams
    Water, tap, 14 cup (8 fl oz)
    Spinach, fresh, 2 bunches
    Olive Oil, .25 cup
    Onions, raw, .33 cup, chopped
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Paprika, 1 tsp
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    Chicken Thigh, 500 grams
    Salt, 2 tbsp
    *Pork Ribs, country style, 16 oz
    spig safron for color
    chopped 1/2 cup tomato & green pepper


!. Cut all meat into small pieces. Chop garlic, tomato and pepper in a bowl. Clean spinach and set aside.
2. In large pot heat oil and brown meat. Add chopped garlic, tomato, pepper. brown a couple of minutes and add rice. stir and add water and spices. Cook about 10 minutes then add spinach. Cook until rice is tender and most of water is absorbed. Enjoy.
