Ingredients

1 medium (2" dia, 5" long, raw) Sweet potato, cooked, baked in skin, without salt
1 serving Morning Star Beakfast Sausage Patties (1 pattie)
0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
2 cup Marketside Baby Kale & Spinach Blend (baby kale, baby spinach, red & green chard, fresh arugula)
1 clove Garlic
0.25 cup Harris Teeter Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Directions
Cook sweet potatoes as normal. In a frying pan, cook sausage (break up into pieces), onions (chopped), and garlic. Add in spinach blend to wilt. Mix all together. Pile mixture onto open-faced potato. Top with cheddar cheese (put back in oven for a few minutes to melt cheese).
