Ingredients

    0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1.0 tbsp *Flax Seed
    0.5 serving Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Rolled Oats
    4.0 gram Trader Joe's Organic Chia Seed
    0.5 cup silk almond milk organic
    0.33 tbsp Hemp Hearts
    210.0 gram Mango Chunks (Dole) [140 grams/1 cup
    30.0 Grams Ginger Root

Directions

Blend 30g peeled fresh ginger root, 1.5c frozen mango, 1/2c almond (or other non-dairy) milk, 1/4 c dry gluten-free rolled oats, 1 Tbsp flac seed, 1 tsp chia seed, 1 tsp hemp hearts and water until smooth. Add additional water as needed. Add more ginger to make this spicier, or less to tone down the spice. Serving Size: 1 large, filling smoothie
