    1 Tbs. bread machine yeast
    1 cup warm water
    3 Tbs. sugar
    4 Tbs. Canola oil
    3 cups bread flour
    2 tsp. salt


Mix yeast, water, and sugar in bread machine. Allow to sit 20 minutes, or until mixture is foamy. Add oil, flour, and salt. Turn machine to "dough" setting. When machine is done, remove from machine, and divide into 18 small, or 9 large muffin cups. Allow to rise about 45 minutes in a warm spot. Bake in a 350 degree preheated oven for 15 minutes. Serve warm, or remove to rack to cool, then bag in zip bags. Can be frozen for up to 60 days. 18 servings.
