Ingredients

    2 lb Flank Steak
    Minced garlic to taste
    Fresh basil leaves
6 slice (1 oz) Provolone Cheese
    .33 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes
    5 slices proscuitto (by TRAVELBEX)

Directions

Pound the flank steak flat. Salt and pepper both sides--I use fresh-ground pepper and sea salt. On top of the flank steak, lay down the rest of the ingredients. (I do them in the order listed; change them as you will.) Roll the whol thing up into a long cylinder, lengthwise, and secure with string so there are five "sections" of meat. Slice the sections into rounds with one piece of string securing each round. Sear each section on both sides in a pan, then bake in a 350F oven for 8-10 minutes. Let them rest, then untie the string and slice each round in half to make two thinner rounds.
