Ingredients

1.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour
0.5 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
2.0 tsp Baking Powder
1.0 tsp Salt
0.5 cup Honey
0.5 serving Oikos Triple Zero - Vanilla
1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
0.5 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A
1.5 cup, mashed Banana, fresh
1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract
16.0 tbsp Chocolate, Nestle Real Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°
Combine all dry ingredients.
Combine everything else except the mashed banana and chocolate chips. Mix well till all is incorporated. Stir in the bananas and 1/2 the chocolate chips. Prepare muffin pans with non stick spray or muffin liners. Spoon mix into cups about 2/3's full. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes till not mushy inside.
