Ingredients

79 gram(s) Trout, Rainbow fillet
1 serving Butter Land O Lakes Light Butter w/Canola oil 1 tbsp
1 fl oz Lemon Juice
1 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend
Directions
Prep
-Lay out 12' X 12 square of Aluminum foil.
-Coat foil lightly with butter.
-Place trout fillet, skin down, on foil.
-Sprinkle trout generously with Lemon Juice.
-Put remainder of butter on top of fillet and spread over fillet.
-Sprinkle Tsp of Mrs Dash over top of trout.
-Fold Aluminum foil over trout from all four sides and wrap up tight.
Cooking
-Bring grill up to 400 degrees but keep a section of grill with no direct heat
-Place trout on grill, not directly over flames, cover grill
-Cook for 12 - 16 minutes. test fish by poking with fork, right through foil. When cooked fork should go through fillet easily.
-When finished fillet should be opaque.
