1 serving Pickle, Claussen Kosher Dill Spear - 1 pickle (by HAPPYRULES)
.33 serving NaSoya Eggroll Wrappers (3 per svg) (by CAROLELEAH)
1 serving Pam - Olive Oil Spray 4 second spray (by DRENSHAW)
.5 serving Cheese, Dofino Creamy Havarti Deli-Slices (1 slice)
Tips
You can use provolone or Swiss cheese instead of Havarti.
Directions
Heat oven to 425 F.
Pat pickle spear dry . Place 1/2 slice of havarti cheese onto egg roll wrapper diagonally in the middle, top with dill pickle spear. Fold a triangle over the pickle, tuck in ends and roll up. Moisten tip of egg roll with pickle juice to seal. Spray with cooking spray on both sides. Place onto cookie sheet and bake for 16 minutes. Serve with a chipoltle mayo or southwestern dipping sauce. You can make as many as you want and cook them all at once. This is the calories for 1 pickle Egg roll.
