Ingredients

    6 cup BEANS NAVY (DRY) (by ARCLITE)
    16 cup Kitchen Basics Natural Vegetable Cooking Stock (by AVELANCH)
    908 grams Ham, regular (11% fat)
    2 serving Celery 1 cup chopped or 3 stalks (by TYPINGIT)
    2 cup Carrot - raw, chopped (by PIANOGRRRL)
    2 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    4 clove Garlic
    1 tsp Rosemary, dried
    1 tsp Thyme, dried (by JANYTOO)
    1 tsp Basil, dried ground (by MELISSA_X0)
    1 tbsp, crumbled Bay Leaf

Directions

Soak beans overnight drain, rinse.
Sautee celery, onion, carrots and garlic in olive oil
Add to pot
Fill pot with veggie stock
throw in ham and everything else. Cook on low until done
