    Small container of Kroger BreakFree Egg Substitute (about 2 cups)
    6 Tbsp. finely shredded Sharp Cheddar
    6 Tbsp. frozen Three Pepper & Onion Blend
    Salt & Pepper


Remove from oven and cool slightly before removing from muffin tin. Reheat for 30 seconds in the microwave, then grab and go!


Preheat oven to 350 degrees (F).
Spray each cup of a large muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
Pour egg beaters into each cup, about 2/3 full.
Sprinkle 1 Tbs. shredded cheddar in each cup.
Sprinkle 1 Tbs. onion and pepper blend in each cup.
Mix gently each cup.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until firm and lightly browned.

Serving Size: Makes 6 large muffins
