    2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1.0 dash Pepper, black
    1.0 dash Salt
    1.0 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    3.0 clove Garlic
    1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    340.0 Grams Zucchini
    1.0 tsp Baking Powder
    3.0 serving Cheese, Great Value, Finely Shredded Pizza Blend Cheese, 1/3c (28g)
    0.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    150.0 gram Squash, Summer (Zucchini & Yellow) 1 cup

Directions

Finely shred all veggies and press excess eater out. Mix with remainder of ingredients. Put about 1/4 cup mounds on hot griddle and flatten. Cook both sides till golden. Serving Size: 1/4 Waffle
