Ingredients

    1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1/4 tsp Baking Soda
    1-1/2 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour

Directions

combine flour and baking soda in a large bowl
add hot water to flour slowly until the mixture forms a dough.
knead dough until soft and not sticky. Shape into 6 balls and roll into tortillas.
Heat a pan until it is very hot. cook tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side

Serving Size: makes 6 taco size tortillas
