1/4 cup Cocoa powder, unsweetened
1/2 cup natural, unsweetened Peanut Butter
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
0.25 cup Musselman’s Home Style Natural Unsweetened Apple Sauce
Tips
I added the apple sauce to moisten it a little. The original recipe asked for regular pb, but the natural tends to by drier. If your pb is regular consistency (like Jif), you may be able to get away with not adding the apple sauce.
Directions
Mash banana, add remaining ingredients, mix until fully combined.
Use medium cookie scoop to form balls. Place on parchment and refrigerate for at least an hour, or until firm.
The dough will be a little dry.
