Ingredients

    1 cup White Rice, medium grain
    1 tbsp Butter, unsalted
    0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 clove Garlic
    0.5 tsp Salt (1/4 tsp seasoned salt, 1/4 tsp regular salt
    0.25 tsp thyme, dried
    0.25 tsp Rosemary, dried
    2 cups Chicken Broth
    1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

Directions

Cook onions and garlic in butter in a large saucepan over medium heat until onions are tender and a little brown. Add rice, broth and the seasonings. Bring to a boil, and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Let sit 5 minutes, and fluff with a fork before serving. Serving Size: Four 1/2 cup servings
