Ingredients

    28 oz Chicken Breast Tenders, plain frozen (by BLAZING_SPIRIT)
    .5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
    14 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
    7 oz Swiss Cheese
    8 tbsp Kraft Real Mayo
    4 oz Fage Greek Yogurt 2% plain

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375 F
2, Grease baking dish
3. In a bowl mix mayonnaise, yogurt, Parmesan and garlic powder to taste
4. Pat Chicken slices dry
5. Take one chicken slice on a plate, and top with shredded mozzarella
6. Roll chicken around the mozzarella and place in baking dish, leaving a little space between the rolls
7. Repeat with all chicken tenders
8. Spread mayo/yogurt mix over the top of the chicken rolls
9. Top each with a slice of Swiss cheese
10. Bake until browned and they reach 165 degrees

Serving suggestion: Serve over spiralized zucchini "noodles"
