Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup Great Value Instant Brown Rice - 1 cup cooked (1/2 cup - 43g dry rice)
    1 cup Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free (Great Value) (by STEVE-IN-JOPLIN)
    4 oz Members mark Black Forest Ham, chopped.
    1 serving The Laughing Cow Light Light Garlic and Herb - 1 wedge (21g)
    2 cup Organic Spinach, finely chopped
    .5 tsp Salt
    .25 tsp Onion powder
    .25 tsp Garlic powder

Tips

can be served as a light lunch, or, without ham as a side dish.


Directions

Bring one cup of chicken broth to a boil, add one cup of instant brown rice, salt, onion and garlic powder. bring back to a boil, then simmer, covered for 5 minutes. Add 1 wedge of cheese, press and stir to incorporate. Add chopped ham. Simmer 2 more minutes to heat through. Add spinach, stir to wilt. Serve.
