Shrimp with a spicy kick! Shrimp with a spicy kick!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 tbs vegetable oil
    1/4 c sliced green onion
    4 cloves garlic
    12 oz cooked shrimp

    Sauce:
    4 tbs water
    2 tbs ketchup
    1 tbs soy sauce
    2 tsp cornstarch
    1 tsp honey
    1/2 tsp crushed red pepper (more or less to taste)
    1/4 tsp ground ginger

Directions

Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.

Heat oil in a skillet, cook green onion and garlic in oil over medium high heat for about 30 seconds. Cook shrimp. Stir in sauce and cook until bubbly and thick. Enjoy!
