Ingredients

    1.5 cup Uncle Ben's Whole Grain Brown Rice (Serving Size Is Dry)
    2 Eggs
    1 1/2 cup Great Value Frozen Peas & Carrots (12oz bag)
    1/8 tsp Pepper
    1 tbsp Great Value Less Sodium Soy Sauce
    1 tbsp Coconut Secret Coconut Aminos
    2 tbsp Minced Onion (dried)
    1 1/2 tbsp Butter

Directions

~Things cook and move fast so have all ingredients measured out and ready to add before starting
~If possible make rice the day before and start cooking cold rice
~Cook rice according to package
~Heat wok to med-high heat, then add and melt 1/2 tbp of butter
~Add eggs and pepper, cook and scramble until done
~Remove eggs and set aside
~Add remaining butter, melt and then add onion, veggies and rice, cooking for about 5-10 minutes, slightly browning rice
~Add aminos, soy sauce and eggs and cook for another 5 minutes stirring well to incorporate sauces




Serving Size: Makes about 7 one cup servings
